We collect information that you share when you submit mandate forms, request proposals, sign NDAs, or interact with our team digitally. This may include names, company details, contact information, project data, mandate requirements, and documents shared for evaluation.

We may also record analytics information such as IP addresses, device identifiers, and engagement metrics to secure our systems and improve services. Sensitive documents are processed strictly under confidentiality.

2. How We Use Information

• To evaluate mandates, create underwriting models, and recommend strategies.
• To communicate with you about project readiness, site visits, escrow compliance, and post-close governance.
• To meet statutory and contractual obligations, including RERA requirements and investor disclosures.
• To secure our platform, prevent fraud, and maintain audit trails.

3. Sharing & Confidentiality

Information is shared only with authorised employees, associates, or partners engaged on the same mandate under NDA. We do not sell or rent personal information. Third-party processors (such as CRM or analytics tools) are bound by data protection agreements.

4. Data Retention & Security

Mandate documents are stored in encrypted data rooms with access logging, multi-factor authentication, and regular penetration testing. We retain information for the duration of an engagement and any applicable legal retention period. Data is purged securely when no longer required.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by writing to dpo@199acers.in. We will respond within 15 business days subject to regulatory allowances. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
